Applications are taken year round but the
deadline for each calendar year is May 31st
All applications are reviewed the first of June
and the hiring process begins though the summer
months with your official first day August 1.

Volunteer Firefighters are individuals 18 years
and older whom live within our Fire District.

Cadet Volunteer Firefighters are students enrolled
at West Valley High School in their Junior or Senior
year. Sophomores can apply the summer before
their Junior year.
